2. Product Information

2.1 Collection Descriptions

We take utmost care in presenting our collections (102G, 102L, 107L, 110, 1921, 8905 Series, Alexandre C, Art Deco, etc.) with accurate descriptions and high-resolution images. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or the handmade nature of luxury timepieces.

2.2 Limited Editions & Exclusivity

Certain collections (notably 1921 Collection and B. Fendi Certified) represent limited edition pieces that may appreciate in value. These are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.3 Custom Pieces

Personalized items like those from our Amour Heart Beat by ShuQi collection cannot be returned due to their customized nature.

3. Ordering Process

3.1 Order Acceptance

Each order undergoes verification by our horology specialists. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, particularly for orders that raise authentication concerns.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon order confirmation. For bank transfers, orders will be processed only after funds clearance.

3.3 Pricing

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Each timepiece undergoes meticulous inspection before dispatch:

  • Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): 10-15 business days ($12.95)
  • Complimentary Shipping (EMS for orders >$50): 15-25 business days

4.2 International Considerations

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We cannot ship to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

4.3 Risk of Loss

All items ship insured. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Eligibility

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most collections (excluding 1921, Amour Heart Beat by ShuQi, and B. Fendi Certified). To qualify:

  • Timepiece must be unworn and in original condition
  • Complete original packaging and documentation included
  • Certificate of authenticity present

5.2 Process

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval (credit card/PayPal) or 7-10 days for bank transfers. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

All timepieces come with their original manufacturer warranties. Classic Watch Store serves as an authorized retailer but does not provide additional warranties unless specified.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Classic Watch Store shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the replacement value of the timepiece.

6.3 Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of every timepiece sold. Each watch includes a certificate of authenticity verified by our master watchmakers.
