Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To maintain the integrity of our collections, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most timepieces, provided they are:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original packaging and documentation
  • Accompanied by the certificate of authenticity

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their exclusive nature, the following collections cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • 1921 Collection – Limited edition pieces
  • Amour Heart Beat by ShuQi – Customized romantic timepieces
  • B. Fendi Certified – Collector’s items with unique authentication

Returns Process

  5. Inspection: Our watchmakers will authenticate and inspect the returned piece (5-7 business days)
  6. Resolution: Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed

Refund Timeline & Methods

We process refunds with the same efficiency as our international shipments:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval (appears on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles)
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days for international transfers

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.

Exchange Process

Should you wish to exchange your timepiece for another from our collections (e.g., from the 102G to the 8905 Series):

  2. Specify your desired alternative in your return request
